Most squads hit a wall on the Paradox Junction piano step, and it's usually because the trigger for the Piano Teacher is fussy. Now go back to Destroyed Nuketown and find the eight musical notes. Each one flashes a certain number of times, and you must collect them in order: 1 blink first, then 2, all the way up to 8. Typical spawns include the side of the school bus, the fence line facing the Yellow House, and the rear of the bomb shelter bunker. Along Trinity Avenue, look for one on a brick wall of the first house, another on a broken wooden beam, and one sitting on a rock across from Pack-a-Punch. If you tap the wrong one, it's not chalked—wait about a minute and it'll respawn so you can re-do the order cleanly.
Playing the piano and moving on
Back in Clean Nuketown, return to the Green House piano and enter the key order while facing the keys left to right (1 is the far-left key): 8-6-7-5-6-5-3-5. You'll know you nailed it because the game forces you off the piano as the tune kicks in.
